Rose Quartz is often referred to as the stone of the heart, renowned for its emotional healing abilities.
Caution : Make sure to always keep a lit candle within sight. Keep it away from flammable objects, children, pets and drafts.
Trim the wick to 6mm before lighting. Avoid letting it burn for more than 4 consecutive hours. Stop using it when 12 mm of wax remains.
To collect the stone, let the candle burn for a few minutes until the stone is free of the wax. Then use tweezers to extract it. Gently remove the wax on the stones with a cloth, then you can keep them with you throughout the day.
