Clear Quartz brings mental clarity, stabilizes emotions, and is highly valued for meditation and restorative work. Kyanite, on the other hand, aligns all chakras, balances yin and yang energy, and clears blockages.
Caution : Keep the lit candle within sight. Keep it away from flammable objects, children, pets and drafts. Cut the wick to 6 mm before lighting it. Don't let it burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Stop burning when 12mm of wax remains.
To retrieve the stone, let the candle burn for a few minutes until the stone is free of wax. Use tweezers to remove it. Gently clean the wax off the stones with a cloth and then keep them with you throughout the day.
