Peridot is known to promote health, encourage restful sleep, and bring peace to our relationships by balancing our emotions and our minds.
Caution : Lit candle within sight. Keep away from flammable objects, children, pets and drafts.
Cut the wick to 6mm before lighting. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Stop burning when 12mm of wax remains.
To retrieve the stone, let the candle burn until the stone is free of wax, then remove it using tweezers. Gently remove the wax remaining on the stones with a soft cloth. You can then keep these stones with you throughout the day.
